1. Order Processing Time
At DAVELTO, we do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions, stock updates, or logistics disruptions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided for information purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, where tracking is available.
Tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment.
If your tracking has not updated immediately, this does not necessarily mean that your parcel is not moving. Carrier systems may take time to display new tracking events.
4. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
DAVELTO cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Missing apartment number
- Wrong postal code
- Incorrect city or country
- Incomplete street address
- Inaccessible delivery location
- Refused parcel
- Unclaimed parcel
If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer either:
- Reshipment, subject to additional shipping fees; or
- A refund, after deduction of shipping and return costs, where permitted by law.
No refund or reshipment can be issued until the parcel has been returned to and received by our warehouse or shipping partner.
6. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is refused by the customer, not collected from a pickup point, or returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply.
In such cases, we may offer a reshipment at the customer’s expense or a refund after deduction of shipping and return costs, where permitted by law.
Refunds can only be processed once the parcel has been received back by our warehouse or shipping partner.
7. International Shipping, Customs and Import Fees
We may ship internationally depending on the countries available at checkout.
For deliveries outside the seller’s country or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Carrier issues
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Public holidays
- Strikes
- Weather conditions
- High order volume
- Logistics disruptions
- Force majeure events

9. Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check your mailbox.
- Check around your delivery location.
- Ask neighbors, building reception, or household members.
- Contact the local carrier or postal service.

We may ask you to provide additional information or an official carrier response in order to investigate the issue.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address and no delivery error is established.
10. Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Photos or videos of the damaged product
- A short description of the issue
We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.
11. Lost Parcel
If your parcel appears to be lost, we may open an investigation with the carrier or request additional information from you.
A parcel is not considered lost simply because tracking has not updated for a few days.
If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation and applicable law.
12. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
